We organise and run two races each year, one in the summer and one in the winter. 

In February our cross country race is part of the East Midlands Cross Country League which is open to all members of England Athletics Registered Clubs.

2025's event was on Sunday 2 February at Colwick Woods. We had our usual mud, hills, and some of the friendliest marshals cheering you on.

Our main race is in August when we host a road 10k race which is open to all ages and abilities from top level national athletes to first timers.

The Formula One Circuit Crew Castle Rock 10k is back for 2025! We'll be back at University of Nottingham's University Park campus on Friday 8 August.

Early bird entries opened on Friday 18 April, with regular entries on sale from 6 May up until the end of July.
