Formula One Circuit Crew was formed in July 1998 by a group of friends who had trained together for several years.
We gained our name from the founder members all being participants in the infamous 'Jeff's Super Circuit', a one and a half hour, outdoor, all weather, all terrain circuit class. If you don't think that sounds very hard, your welcome come and try it out. In the immortal words of our first Chairman, Jeff, 'It's no good being able to run if you can't carry your shopping home'.
We cater for runners of all abilities and whilst some of us are pretty nippy, most of us just run because we like it and its a good way to keep fit and set a few personal challenges.
At Formula One what you'll get bags of is support! No matter what pace you run.

This year we are proud to be hosting both the Nottinghamshire County Championships and the Police Championships.
Training
Training sessions are Every Tuesday and Thursday. 6.15pm depart from Formula One Gym in Nottingham City Centre.
All of our sessions offer something for everyone, structured to suit all abilities.

Park Run
Timed 5k run at Colwick park, run completely by volunteers. Come along and help out or run. Last Saturday of each Month is F1CC battle of the Sexes!
