7th February- meal at the Big Wok ( £10 all you can eat), after running on Thursday night. 8pm the Dragon, 8.30 he Big Wok. PLEASE BOOK YOUR PLACE via Sarah or Fez
17th February- East Midlands XC League, Collwick Woods: This is our race so we need everyone to Marshall, but will try and field teams too. 9.30 start. FREE post race food and beer at the Bunkers Hill for all marshalls. PLEASE BOOK YOUR PLACE via Sarah or Fez
21st February- Belvoir Challenge: get Muddy and Eat Cake, many of the club run this, not taking it too seriously.
23rd February - Nottingham Real Ale wobble: This is an all afternooner around real ale joints in the city centre - watch the forum for details.

5th January - Nottinghamshire cross country champs: You cannot enter on the day, - its pre entry only, but come and support.
6th January - Shining in the Cliffs fell race: The Hurt Arms, Ambergate, 12 noon
12th January - Saturday morning 'welcome 2008 cake run' -9am Trent bridge run, followed by cake at the Cheesecake shop cafe
18th January - Meet the Oldies night: A chance for all newer members to meet our retired and injured runners and for battle scars to be compared. Turf Tavern 8pm and perhaps curry later.

Yet another annual pilgrimage, this time to Tywyn in Snowdonia to run 14.3 miles across hills and fields against a narrow gauge train - and I call this a social event! the BBQ and drinking afterwards always make it worth while.
