Wicked! Results at Worksop Halloween Half

Well done to all running today at Worksop Halloween Half, some cracking times and a sterling effort by Jo coming back from injury and illness.

Nutty produced a scary 1:19 to lead home the F1 contingent. Sarah, Ade and Andy all completed the evil course around 1:35 mark I think all beating last years times and at least one PB amongst them. Cath PB’d in spooky fashion with a fine 1:38 and Jo made in home well before the witching hour in

Run of the day - Seph producing a Thriller of a run to crack that ellusive 1:30 for the first time.

National Triathlon Relays

Loads of club members involved in racing and marshalling at the National Club Triathlon relays at Holme Pierrepont. Great day out and the damp weather didn’t put us off.

As ever some cracking performances not least in the Ladies race where Fez, Lou, Amy combined with TFN’s Lucy Gossage to win in fine style.

Info and results can be found at http://www.onestepbeyond.org.uk/national-club-relay-champs.php

El turn-out magnifico

Great turn out for Summer League Race 2 last week. Results are below, hopefully haven'y missed anybody out. Some cracking times again heard a few mentions of possible PB's by a few people afterwards so "well done" to anyone who managed to get one.

Special dis-honourable mentions to Andy F and Curly Dave for only showing up for the chip cob and beer afterwards!

Next race - Wednesday June 16th at Erewash (Friesland School) 19:15 start.
