F1 Ladies team 1st (Fez, Sarah, Olivia and Ann).
Fez also won fastest leg by a lady.
Ironman UK
Well done to 'Iron Cliff' Hogg who raced his second Ironman of the year (after Lanzerote) and finished in a PB of 13hrs 5 mins.
Race the Train Main race - 14.75 miles off road
F1 Ladies Team 1st (Fez, Ann and Gill)
Fez finished 5th lady
Nutty becomes the first club member to beat the train (off road) 3 years running. Stevie B was quoted as saying "he pulled down its pants and spanked it's lilly white ass"
Lots of other good performances in the 10k, notably Dave Swingler back after a series of injuries and fantastic support from the 10k runners and friends for the afternoon runners in very wet conditions.
July '06 - Well done to Zeb for finishing Ironman Germany in a time of 12:14:50. Splits are as follows: Swim 1:40:54, T1 5:41, Bike 5:48:41, T2 3:03, Run 4:36:29
May '06 - Well done to Verity 'Six Drips' Butler and Sarah J who both completed the world's toughest Ironman in Lanzerote.
April '06 - Well done to Dan & Matt for breaking 3 hours and setting new PB's and club record at Rotterdam and London Marathons respectively. Well also to Ibby and Michael Fay who set also new PB's.
December '05 - Well Done to everyone who ran in the Christmas Relays in interesting conditions!
December '05 - Well Done to Fez, Ibby & Sarah for being 1st Ladies team at the Keyworth Turkey Trot

August '03 - Team Bingowing crush all before them...well Bingowing reloaded and Experian Tri, at the National Triathlon Relay Championships at Holme Pierrepont.
