East Midlands Cross Country League Fixture
The route will be a two lap course for men and one lap for ladies. The course is hilly and spikes are recommended if the weather has been wet.
When is it? - Sunday 18th February 2007
Where is it? - Colwick Woods, Nottingham
What time does it start? - 11.00am
How do I get there? - Follow Sneinton Dale then turn right up Greenwood Road the start & finish is near the Pub (the black buildings shown under the word 'Woods' on the map above.
Please note the pub has now changed its name, to 'Ma Hubbards' and unfortunately we'll not be able to provide our usual post race hospitality.

The parking is on the road so please don't block the residents.
There are no changing rooms or showers but this is cross country after all! We're hoping the landlord of the pub will let us use his toilets.
